Travelling man

I spent a couple of years travelling when I was in my twenties and the world seemed like an interesting and resonably safe place.
Nowadays I rarely venture out of my suburb, not that the crazy terrorists worry me or anything like that.
Why they think Allah wants them to blow themselves up and take as many infidels as possible with them is ludicrous.
Religion has turned millions of people insane. Muslims I mean you.
I find airports horrible places, the shit they put you through to get on an overcrowded plane is not worth the hassle.
I'll stay at home and let the masocists do the travelling for me.

These emu feet have never had the urge to leave Australia, I love this country and never want to depart these shores. Been most places in Oz except Tassy or NT so far but that could change, I'll have to post a few camping trips on here soon just to share a few places in case someone needs a bit of a guide if their going the same way we went.
Totally agree with you about religion mate, all it does is divide people and absolutely nothing else ...!!!

I've been to the top end a few times, the first time before Tracy, and again after.
It was a big country town, now it's an ugly city.

I hitchhiked from Darwin to Adelaide once, before the road was sealed all the way.
I woke the truckie up twice when he'd fallen asleep and was starting to run off the road.
There was nothing to hit, just flat dirt off the side of the road.

Haha lol we come across the nullabor when the road was dirt and 100 km's north of where it is today, potholes all the way across which broke something in the new Ford wagon dad just got lol. Ended up spending a week at the roadhouse waiting for parts, I was only 5 but still remember the rough road shaking the shit out of us haha.
